Web hosting
We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from Your Hosting. Your Hosting processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party can collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. Your Hosting has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Your Hosting is obliged to maintain confidentiality based on the agreement.




E-MAIL & MAILINGS:

Office 365 (mail)
We use the services of Outlook 365 for our regular business email traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Outlook 365 does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.

Laposta (mailing)
Our website uses Laposta, a third party that handles any newsletters. All confirmation emails that you receive from our newsletter are sent via the servers of Laposta. Laposta will never use your name and email address for their own purposes. At the bottom of every email that is automatically sent via our website you will see the 'unsubscribe / unsubscribe' link. If you click on this you will no longer receive emails from our website. This can seriously reduce the functionality of our newsletter!

If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We may use the services of Pick Pack for iOS to perform the scans on the products from your order. Sufi
For our administration and accounting we also use the services of Sufio. We share your name, address and residence details, shipping address, email, VAT number, Chamber of Commerce number and details regarding your order. This data is used for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal data is sent and stored protected. Sufio is obliged to secrecy and will treat your data confidentially. Sufio does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.
