Any additional costs for a return are:
No additional return costs from invoice date 0-14 days
From invoice date 15-30 days -10% on the total return values
From invoice date 31-60 days -15% on total return values
No returns possible for 60 days from invoice date


A return request will expire 60 days after the invoice date or when 1 of the 7 questions below is answered with YES

1- Have the product(s) been worn or washed?
2- Are the clothes torn or dirty?
3- Has the product or products been edited or altered?
4- Is the product or products missing labels?
5- Is the product or products missing the (foil bag) barcode packaging?
6- Is the product or products made especially for you?
7- Is the invoice date older than 60 days?

Art. 13. If no written cancellation request has been received by Texstar.nl (Workwear Restyle) within this period of 14 days, Texstar.nl (Workwear Restyle) has fulfilled its obligations with regard to the order submitted by you and return costs will be charged. You can always submit warranty requests to us by e-mail.

If your request is approved, you have a maximum of 3 days to send the package with your carrier.

If your application is rejected, you will receive an email with the reason for rejection.
